1.4m - Vito

This uplink vehicle is currently based in Yorkshire, giving excellent access to the Midlands, Northern England and Scotland.

The Vito is unique in that it can be operated as a normal uplink truck or the dish can be demounted and used as a conventional flyaway for difficult locations.

This vehicle comes with IFB breakout, talkback equipment and headphones (suitable for two live positions) as well as at least 150m of video and audio cable. For a particularly long or difficult rig Camplex cable can be provided. The onboard generator allows a spare 1Kw power supply for lighting. Playout is offered in the form of a Sony J-30 / SDI player or a DSR-70AP (see Ancillary Equipment). Further production facilities or High Definition encoders are available on request.

Communications are provided by mobile or satellite phone breakout, or alternatively by Paradise or Vanguard communications systems.

This uplink is registered for most international satellite capacity which can also be provided.
