SNG now has a flyaway uplink system based in Singapore, giving us a major advantage on breaking news and sport in the Far East and Asia. The location was carefully chosen as a superb gateway with excellent airline connections.
Our 2.4m C /Ku band flyaway system is fully redundant and packed to IATA 32 kilo compliance. It comes complete with MCR and communications equipment.
Our Singapore facility has already been deployed to many locations including news assignments in East Timor and Pakistan and for sport assignments including beach volleyball and the Asia Games.
