SNG at Glenfiddich Distillery

In early 2008, SNG was contacted by Deitrich Neilson Associates in LA with regard to a promotional shoot for their client Glenfiddich. The brief was to produce a high-end 30 minute promo DVD for the Glenfiddich brand. Once the dates for the talent, (Chris Noth, Sex and the City's Mr Big) had been finalised, the shoot was able to go ahead in March at the Glenfiddich distillery in Dufftown, in the Scottish Highlands.

Drawing on contacts in Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dundee, SNG supplied two camera operators with specialist equipment, a camera assistant, director, sound supervisor and make up artist.

The client received an added bonus as the crew agreed with Chris Noth's helicopter pilot to take advantage of the situation and gain some stunning aerial shots of the distillery and surrounding countryside.

The shoot wrapped half a day early and a very delighted client returned to LA. Mr Big took off in style and the Dufftown girls wept for days.
